About the event
"Senior Info Sessions" is a program hosted by Celebrating Seniors each month @ First Presbyterian Church in the Conference room downstairs (elevator available).
Our presenter will be Heidi Buck of the OSU Extension, Columbiana County
MyPlate, Your Plate: Drop by and discover how small changes can make your meals healthier with MyPlate tips—no diets, just smart eating. Enjoy a sample of the refreshing Un-beet-able Berry Smoothie, and join us for some gentle, low-impact movement using scarves to the classic tunes 'The Wanderer' and 'Teenager in Love'.
