About the event
Your Story Matters Book Launch Event - Sunday, November 8
The HUB book is finally here!!!!!!! HUB co-founder Fritz Nelson will be reading from and signing his book, Your Story Matters: Nurturing Spiritual Community through the Sacrament of Story at Generations Cafe in Columbiana, OH on November 8 @ 2:00 pm. A limited number of copies will be for sale.
Your Story Matters describes how the HUB took story as its sacrament and worked to build spiritual community around the practice of storytelling. Digging deep into scripture and sacramental theology Your Story Matters discusses how spiritual communities should welcome a diversity of stories, make listening to one another’s stories a priority, and use those diverse stories to connect them to Christ. The book also offers suggestions on ways to integrate storytelling into spiritual communities and tips for telling better stories.
